Im pretty sure I bought the wrong kind of scarf.

    You don’t really tie it. Just kinda wrap it loosely around your neck. Find a picture of a celebrity wearing it that should help.

    Edit: I found a picture of someone wearing it. Taylor Momsen. I’ll see if I can find a better pic
