Oooo… wax? That's bad. First try putting the Pashmina in your freezer for about 30 minutes until the wax gets very hard and then very carefully pull it from the fibers. For small pieces of wax, use tweezers. If while you're working on it, the wax begins to soften, put it back in the freezer for a while. Once you've gotten as much of the wax off as possible and if residue remains – take it to a professional dry cleaners and see if they have a solvent that will remove it. Good luck!

So how do you tie one of these Scarves:

I want it to look kind of like a muffler scarf [the big square ones], but obviously it's rectangular, so yeah. :9

My boyfriend recently lost a cashmere scarf of his and I was thinking about buying him a new one for a present. I have been looking online and there is such variation in price that it leads me to wonder which brand of cashmere scarf is actually worth paying for.

I am looking for something probably $50 or less, but I want it to be a nice quality, so if its a bit over that that, that is ok.

Thanks!

I think I might not be able to point you to website which sells mens pure cashmere Scarves. But I know in and out of cashmere so thought to share knowledge with you. You r right in saying that price varies a lot. And also for your information, hardly you can get 100% cashmere. Only way to tell if cashmere is pure is by fabric testing. So if some retailer has got this certification then you know that you are buying pure cashmere. But frankly in $50 its not possible to buy 100% cashmere. But you can go for 70% Cashmere 30% silk.

You can read more information about how retailers and manufacturers are selling adulterated cashmere on

But yes if you want to buy women 100% cashmere, look here http://www.uniqlooks.com/pages/handPashmina/handPashmina.html
